There are many excellent hospitals and medical institutions across the world, yet none can match the quality and care provided by the best cancer hospitals in Turkey. Turkey is a leading country in southeastern Europe for cancer treatment and research, with the most recent news being the growth of the Atma cancer treatment center in Antlay, province of Saylakan in the southeast. This cancer hospital has been named after the founder of the Ergonomics School of Business, Professor Sefik Ozcan. The school, together with its affiliates, practices ethical standards in the application of medical technologies in surgery and in the provision of cancer treatment.

The staff is friendly, innovative, and committed to providing state of the art cancer treatments and medical care to all who seek it. The cancer patients have an excellent medical history, so all who seek treatment will be screened for cancer. After the screening, the cancer cells are identified, treated, analyzed and monitored. In addition to this, the surgeons and the physicians who attend to the cancer patients are all very experienced and trained professionals.

Turkey is also one of the world leaders in radiation therapy, so the medical history of people who undergo such treatment is excellent. Turkey also has a number of other medical institutions and specialty clinics including the Ramaz University Gokova, University Mecidiyekoy Medical Graduate Institute, University Antalya University Gokova, Touro College Medical College, Zoraget University, and the Graduate Institute of Forensic Medicine. The Zoraget University is among the top cancer hospitals in Turkey. It specializes in DNA analysis and repair of DNA and conducts numerous researches in the field of DNA technology.

The forensic department of the Ramaz University is another highly regarded institution in Turkey. Their forensic laboratory is said to be one of the best in the world, and they also offer highly qualified cancer treatment and rehabilitation programs. The Turkish Medical Council is one of the top associations in Turkey. They are affiliated with over 90 medical associations and are recognized by the World Health Organization and the United Kingdom’s Medical Council.

There are many cancer treatment facilities in Turkey that are very successful in treating various types of cancers. However, it is impossible to state with any certainty how successful each cancer treatment facility is at treating cancer. Turkey has an estimated number of approximately 1.9 million cases of cancer; the exact number of cancer cases is unknown.

Treatment of cancer involves a combination of radical therapies, surgery and chemotherapy. Surgery can either be limb or head removal, depending on the stage of the cancer. Chemical chemotherapy is used to kill cancerous cells using medicines such as chemotherapy drug. If the cancer cannot be destroyed by chemical methods, surgery and radiation therapy may be required to destroy abnormal cells.
